Ticket Purchases

All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Artist, programme, date and time are subject to change without notice.
Tickets may only be picked-up by the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets. Some events may allow third party pickup which must be arranged in advance by the ticket purchaser contacting Ticketing Services.
Some events may have specific conditions of sale. These conditions will be listed on the event page on this site.
If an event has ticket limits, orders for tickets exceeding specified limits may be cancelled without notice by The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall (The Corporation) at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
By ordering a ticket to an event, you are consenting to The Corporation sharing your email address and other information with those involved in this event (e.g., clients, artists' representatives and fan clubs, promoters) for Customer Service purposes. In addition, you may choose to have those involved in this event use your information to contact you by email or other means to send you marketing or other messages or use or disclose your information in other ways. Please contact them directly to learn about their policies.
By ordering a ticket to an event you also agree that The Corporation may send promotional emails to you unless you elect otherwise in your account or by contacting Ticketing Services.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance. We cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets.

At Your Event

The Corporation strives to provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to enjoy the event. Please be aware and considerate of those around you.
The Corporation reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission and may issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.
Patrons who are late for an event or leave and return to the auditorium during an event will be admitted only if there is a suitable break.
Patrons acknowledge and agree that their image and location information, and that of any minor accompanying the patron, may be recorded by on site cameras and video surveillance, access control scanners, and other systems and technologies in use from time-to-time and that such recordings and information may be stored and used by the Corporation for security-related purposes.
Your attendance constitutes acknowledgement that your image, likeness, name and/or voice, and/or those of any minor accompanying the attendee, may be used in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, audio sound, audiovisual and/or other recording taken in connection with the event or other transmission, distribution, public performance or reproduction in whole or in part of the event, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation. The rights granted herein are assignable.
The Corporation reserves the right to provide alternative seats at an event to those specified on the ticket, should the event production/staging require it.
All patrons, including babes in arms must have a ticket for entry.

For some performances, children under 2 may enter without paid admission, when accompanied by an adult with paid admission - subject to venue capacity. Please see door staff for a babe in arms pass. Children under 2 must remain seated in the lap of an accompanying adult and may not occupy another seat.

Not all performances are suitable for young children and for some performances babes-in-arms and children under 5 may not be admitted, based on the wishes of the performer and/or the nature of the performance.

The ticketing requirements for children can vary by event. Not all performances are suitable for everyone. All patrons, including children, must be able to enjoy the performance without disruption to other patrons.
Pets are not permitted, except animals trained to provide specific support for a person with a disability. For more info please see our Accessibility page.

We share the air – go scent-free. Please refrain from using scented products when attending our concert halls.
Smoking or holding of lighted tobacco and/or cannabis, including the use of an electronic cigarette or “vaping”, is strictly prohibited on premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejection without refund.
We accept debit and all major credit cards.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:
Outside Food & Beverage including Alcohol
Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
Weapons & Projectiles of all kinds
Glow Sticks

Professional Cameras: The Camera Policy will vary depending on the presenter/artists requests. Professional Cameras (cameras with a detachable lens) MAY be prohibited inside the auditorium. Please check with venue staff.
The Corporation reserves the right to prohibit additional items at its discretion.

Security & Bag Searches

The Corporation is committed to the safety and well-being of all guests and patrons, and strives to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable concert experience. All patrons entering an event will be subject to a bag search at the venue’s discretion. This includes all handbags, purses, and backpacks.
Large bags unable to fit under your seat will not be permitted. Please leave large bags and items at home or arrange storage elsewhere. We are not able to offer bag check on these items. Permitted bags should be soft sided and fit completely under the auditorium seats. Exceptions will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection.

COVID-19

Exclusion of Liability

Attending any public space, such as Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, involves some risk of exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We require everyone attending Allied Music Centre (including Massey Hall) or Roy Thomson Hall to follow our health & safety guidelines, maintain physical distancing and wear a mask. Prior to entering the premises of Massey Hall or Roy Thomson Hall, you accept, agree, and acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to consult a medical advisor and seek independent legal advice about the risks outlined here. By attending Massey Hall or Roy Thomson Hall you are voluntarily assuming any potential risk related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree, accept, and acknowledge that the Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall (and any of its employees, directors, and officers) cannot in any way be held liable if you do develop COVID-19. If you do develop COVID-19, you agree, accept, and acknowledge that you will not commence any litigation proceeding against the Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall (or its employees, directors, and officers) seeking damages or any other relief.
