At Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall our highest priority is the safety of every fan, musician and member of our team. In compliance with guidelines from the Government of Ontario, events are permitted up to 100% capacity and there is no general requirement for attendees to have received full COVID-19 vaccination. Additional instructions or requirements may be in place for individual events – fans are reminded to check event pages for more information.
Massey Hall and/or Roy Thomson Hall are both Mask-Friendly venues. While face coverings are no longer required in accordance with the latest public health regulations, they are strongly encouraged.
We suggest contactless entry by choosing mobile tickets for your method of delivery. All tickets for Massey Hall and/or Roy Thomson Hall events will be delivered digitally when purchased on-line and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices in order to maintain a contactless fan experience. Tickets can be purchased through the venue websites - masseyhall.com or roythomsonhall.com. Any tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be accessed through the Ticketmaster mobile app.
Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall are both cash-free venues that only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods, for a safe and speedy check out. We no longer accept cash.
Restricted Bag Policy
To limit fan touchpoints, bags are discouraged and will be subject to a security search prior to entry. Any purses or bags that are larger than 14” X 14” X 6” and ALL backpacks will not be allowed into the venue. Permitted bags should be soft sided and able to fit completely under the venue seats.
Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before, after and during each performance, high touch areas including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms, and merchandise stands, will be disinfected. Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue.
