Massey Hall can accommodate patrons in wheelchairs, with walkers and scooters. Please inform the ticket seller of any accessibility accommodations needed when you purchase tickets. Please note that accessible seating at Massey Hall is located on the main floor only. Access to the Balcony and Gallery are by stairs only.

Advanced Seating Service
Massey Hall is pleased to offer Advanced Seating Service to people with disabilities. This service allows patrons with disabilities to enter the Hall and take their seats before the main doors open. Please contact the House Manager for more information at 416-593-1247.

Visually Impaired Patrons
Service animals are welcome. We encourage patrons to notify the box office of this in advance at time of ticket purchase so that we are best able to accommodate. Please call the Box Office at 416-872-4255 for more information.

Hard of Hearing
FM systems are available out of the House Manager's office at both Halls at no additional cost. Quantities are limited and given on a first come first serve basis.

Obus Forme Back Supports
These special back supports fit comfortably in the concert seats at both Halls and are available out of the House Manager's office at no additional cost. Quantities are limited and given on a first come first serve basis. Please note concert seats in the Massey Hall Gallery do not accommodate a booster seat.

Booster Seats
Booster Seats are available out of Coat Check at Roy Thomson Hall, and out of the House Manager's office at Massey Hall at no additional cost. Quantities are limited and given on a first come first serve basis.

Accessible Washrooms
There are several accessible washrooms at Roy Thomson Hall:
Main Floor: Three individual accessible washrooms beside the elevator.
Mezzanine/Balcony: These washrooms are between levels and accessible by way of the elevator.
The accessible washrooms at Massey Hall are located on the lower level, accessible by lift.

Wheelchair loans
There are two house wheelchairs available at Roy Thomson Hall to transport patrons from the lobby to their seats. Please note that these wheelchairs are not for patrons to sit in during the concert. Call the House Manager at 416-593-1247 to reserve in advance.

There is accessible parking available at the rear of Roy Thomson Hall via Wellington Street. There are 23 spots available in the surface parking lot, and 6 parking spots in the underground parking lot. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no parking at Massey Hall, however accessible parking is available in adjacent buildings.

Allergies/Multiple Chemical Sensitivities
Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies and/or multiple chemical sensitivities and refrain from wearing cologne and perfume or other scented products.

Medical Emergencies & First Aid
Certified First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) service providers are on duty for every event. Please contact any usher if these services are required.

Service Animals
All defined service animals will have either a visible indicator, an identification card or letter from a healthcare practitioner confirming that the customer requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability, carried by the person with the disability.
